I am the biggest baby when it comes to going to the dentist, and I'm sure Dr. Nick will agree! Lol I had a horrible experience with my old dentist, so I stopped going. My family moved to Fitchburg and my parents introduced me to Dr. Nick & his staff (he was the dentist that our whole family went to). They seemed nice enough, but I was still very reluctant to sit in "the chair". Not only did I sit in the chair that first day, I've been going back every 6 months for the past 30 years & I take my kids there too. They are the kindest, most gentle people around! Yes, I drive 45 minutes just for my kids and I to "go to the dentist". However, this office has also become family! What other dentist do you know who would come in on a Sunday when one of his patients takes a softball to the mouth and loses a tooth? Dr. Nick didn't think twice about dropping what he was doing to meet us at the office to secure the tooth where it belongs. Thank you for all that you do! We love you guys ❤

I went to visit DiNinno Family Dental in January of this yearl I was very nervous and self-conscious of my teeth. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional and I felt immediately at ease when I arrived. Dr. DiNinno took the time at my consultation to make sure he understood all my concerns and assured me he would come up with a plan for me. His dad even came in to welcome me to the practice and I left there that day feeling that I finally found a dentist I was comfortable with and could trust. Gail & I have both been DiNinno Family Dental patients for ~ 35-38 years. We go all the way back to the Main Street Office. I think Dr Nick had been out of school for about 8 months when I started with him. Dr Nick has demonstrated time after time that dentistry without pain was not only possible but the norm at his office. Gail & I have received excellent dental care there for all these years and would never consider going anywhere else. Even all the staff members...they treat you like you've stopped-in to visit an old friend. Scheduling appointments is easy, surroundings are new and fresh, equipment is the newest available, everyone there is very caring. What's not to like?!? Five stars for everybody! Bill Finan

I've ben a patient of Dr. Nick since he was at the office on Main St. in Fitchburg. Now, he and his team are the only practice I trust my family with. No distance, even an hour+ once a month for years as the kids went through braces, is too far to travel to remain with them. They are far more than just good at what they do. My husband’s family were among the very first of Dr. Nick’s patients, back in the 1970s. They introduced me to Dr. Nick when, as an adult, I had a “dental emergency” that needed to be tended to swiftly. My only previous experience with a dental professional had been a decidedly unpleasant one with an oral surgeon, and so I was in bad shape both physically and mentally when I walked into the office. Dr. Nick’s gentle manner calmed me immediately. Through a series of well-spaced out appointments, he was able to get me back into shape in no time. My family and I have been patients with the DiNinno’s for over 30 years now. Both Dr. Nick and Dr. Nicholas have earned our trust—I can say with confidence that we experience absolutely no anxiety when we need to visit the dentist. Dr. Nick has been my Dentist for 38 years. Our family had terrible experiences with a different Dentist for years before that and one of my Brothers decided he wasn't going back to the other Dentist and he was going to find us a new Dentist. He looked in the Yellow Pages (yes I'm old) and happened to pick Dr. Nick. Boy were we lucky! Dr. Nick is the most gentle, kind human being I have met. Well until Dr. Nicholas his son. I have to admit I was nervous seeing Dr. Nicholas because I was so used to Dr. Nick but he is amazing as well and just like his Dad. I also can not leave out Tina, she is the heart of the practice and we love her. I would not go anywhere else!!
