I was impressed the minute I walked into this office. The office was clean and modern. The reception staff was courteous & friendly. . The dental assistant/hygienist Ms. Amy was excellent. She was professional & courteous. The dentist is a distinguished gentleman. He was warm & friendly. I met the dentist's son. He was courteous & friendly. The entire team could not have been any nicer to me. I felt very welcomed there. I know good customer service when I receive it. I will recommend this practice to all of my friends. I have had five dentist that have provided my periodontal care throughout my life. DiNinno Family Dental is top notch in my book.

Best office I've ever been to! I've bounced around from dentist to dentist and I can honestly say I've finally found one I'm going to stick with. My first visit with them I had an emergency root canal and it was honestly better than most cleanings I've had at other offices. Nicholas and Amanda are awesome!

We lost our dentist due to retirement and searched for another one for a couple years. We tried three others but it never worked out. We gave this organization a try and I've got to say, it feels like coming home to friends and family. They are very honest and patient oriented. They tell it like it is and won't try to drum up unnecessary business. Honesty is always the best policy and you have to feel comfortable with your choice of service providers. We've been extremely happy here for the past 1.5 years.

I came across DiNinno Family Dental after looking for a replacement because of how unsatisfied I had been with my previous dentist. From the start to end of my first appointment I was so happy and pleased with how welcoming everyone had been and it just continued after that. I had received invisalign along with some other dental work at the end and I cannot express how happy I am with the end results! From the start to finish of my treatment I could not have asked for a better dentist or office and anyone who is searching for a new dentist would be foolish not to come here! Dr. Nicholas III was so informative about the whole process and never left any detail out from start to finish, he answered all and any questions I had. He has always been so professional and welcoming. It’s rare, at the age of 23, to come across anyone who treats you just as you are, as an adult which is something I whole heartedly appreciated. Christina DeCarolis was also one of the dental assistance I had met when I first started coming to DiNinno’s/ Starting my Invisalign Journey and she was so warm and friendly every time I saw her! She started my excitement about getting the invisalign, after she shared her experiences with it and I couldn’t be more thankful for her insight about it. Amanda Harris another dental assistant had the pleasure of meeting had assisted Dr. Nicholas with the additional work I had done after my initial invisalign treatment ended, she was absolutely so sweet and friendly and I completely appreciated her being in the room and her assistance! Julie and Maryann lastly have been nothing but kind and so helpful with scheduling and Financing! They both have been so accommodating with my schedule and informative about financing options throughout this process and I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend DiNinno Family Dental for anyone, you will not be disappointed and your expectations will be met. Everyone in this office has gone above and beyond my own expectations and I really don’t think there are enough words to express how grateful and thankful I am to everyone I’ve come across!

My family has been with Nick DiNinno's dental practice since shortly after he first began on Fox Street in Fitchburg. I was fearful of and avoided dentists till Nicks brother, and my friend, Ron convinced me to try him out. My first visit put me fully at ease as Nick's manner and his gentle skills caused all my fears to vanish. My children went to him and they never had to fear dentistry like I did. They loved Nick and never minded going to the dentist. We had a time when our dental provider changed and we took on another dental practice and it was not even close to what we experienced with Nick. We took on the extra financial burden with our insurer covering less and went back to Nick. Best choice I ever made was following a friends advice and going to Nick DiNinno. And now, like father like son, I have the same great care with Nicholas. There is nothing but good that I can say about the team at DiNinno family Dentistry. I was not a fan of my previous dentist, the only reason I went there was because of the hygienist I always see. After coming in to DiNinno Family to have something done with Dr. Nicholas, I am definitely going to be coming here from now on for my cleanings. Dr. Nicholas and Amanda make a great team and both had me laughing the entire time. The two of them really put your mind at ease. I'm looking forward to meeting my new hygienist.

We've been looking for a new Dentist and we finally found one. Great staff right from when you walk in the door to making a follow up appointment. Hygienists were very personable and very thorough. Comfortable/tasteful waiting area and nice clean offices. Both Dr. DiNinno's stopped in to welcome us to the practice and Dr. DiNinno III went over any concerns without rushing and only recommended treatment of issues that should be immediately addressed. Very happy !!!
